The Stronger Futures debate in Parliament will resume 18th June. This gives a few more weeks to seek changes to the legislation. The Call to Action Kit provides information on advocacy strategies, information postcards and a form letter to complete and send to politicians.

Frontier Services Celebrations

In April last year a committee was formed to organise events to celebrate the centenary of the Australian Inland Mission during Heritage Week in April 2012. The events were held over two weekends: 14-15 and 21-22 April.

Events included an open day at Adelaide House, a re-enactment of the 1915 Patrol by Padre Bruce Plowman and the relaunching of Margaret Bain’s book: Adapting to Difference.
