Second Prayer Letter for Synod Meetings

Please continue to pray for the annual meeting of the Northern Synod and the meetings of the NRCC and Pilgrim Presbyteries.
In this second Prayer Letter, we ask you to pray for God’s guidance and wisdom about:
– The Opening Celebration Service to be held at 7 pm on Friday 25th October at the Orange C3 Theatre of Charles Darwin University (CDU):
-That we richly appreciate, value, and learn from those ‘sharing their life story’ in words and music
-That those involved in planning, coordinating, and presenting may work well together and provide a rich experience of worship
– Selecting those who will travel from across our Synod – that they may arrive safely and ready for God’s work together
– The detailed preparation work by the various Teams, that all involved will feel the Spirit enlightening and shaping their cooperation
– Our budgets – congregations, presbyteries, and synod – as we struggle with deficits and seek creative ways to properly fund our ministry together
