In collaboration with the community of Pukatja, the Ngaanyatjarra Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Women’s Council (NPYWC) and Ernabella Arts, Western Desert Dialysis are working to raise the first years nurses wages and operational expenses for dialysis in Pukatja (Ernabella).

On Wednesday 22nd June Western Desert Dialysis will be launching the Pukatja Dialysis Fund!

The mission of Western Desert Dialysis, also known as the Western Desert Nganampa Walytja Palyantjaku Tjutaku Aboriginal Corporation, is to improve the lives of people with renal failure, reunite families and reduce the incidence of kidney disease in our communities. The Corporation is run by Aboriginal people for Aboriginal people and works to provide culturally appropriate dialysis services in remote communities, helping people to get home to country and family.

The Corporation is a registered charity with Deductible Gift Recipient Status (DGR) and contributions towards the fund to raise wages for the wages of the nurses can be made here.
